Chicago, Illinois-based entrepreneur Sohrab Tebyanian founded Andriana Furs in 1987 and continues to manage the 14,000-square-foot outerwear store. When he isn't overseeing operations at the store, Sohrab Tebyanian enjoys following Chicago's professional sports teams, including the Blackhawks of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Although the Blackhawks have missed the playoffs in each of the past two seasons, the team has a potentially bright future with five prospects ranked among ESPN's top 100 list in September 2019. Three of those players - Kirby Dach, Alex Nylander, and Adam Boqvist - have played at least 30 games for the team in the 2019-20 season. Below are three of the team's other highly-regarded prospects:
1. Ian Mitchell - A second-round pick of the Blackhawks in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft, Mitchell is in his third season at the University of Denver and is the team's captain. The 21-year-old defenseman had a combined 57 points through 80 games in his first two seasons.
2. Nicolas Beaudin - A 20-year-old defenseman from Chateauguay, Quebec, Beaudin is playing for Chicago's AHL affiliate in Rockford this season. The 2018 first-round draft pick recorded 56 points in 53 games last season with the Drummondville Voltigeurs of the QMJHL.
3. Philipp Kurashev - Also playing for Rockford, Kurashev is a 20-year-old Swiss center who had 16 points through his first 29 games this season. He played with the Quebec Remparts of the QMJHL last season and registered 65 points in 59 games.
